Description: T.J. Jumper made history when he became the first male in almost thirty years from Springfield, Illinois to win a high school track and field state championship. He had many trials, tribulations, setbacks, and successes that ultimately led to winning the high jump state title. When reflecting back on all those experiences he wants other athletes to have the same feeling of accomplishment he did when he won the state championship. This book is meant for those in performance activities and athletes of any sport to take the lessons T.J. learned and use them to be highly successful.
